I would stick my neck out and say this will be the norm in polls for a long while now.

They're flawed in that the only people I know who have ever answered one are rabid blue or red types.

Everyone else says "piss off, I'm far too busy for all this nonsense".

Free money and Grub and you could Weinstein and Epstein in a blue tie and they would  vote for them.

What happens when the money runs out? Do you think the sheeple will turn on the tories ?

Cannot say i am surprised to be honest. Politicians have always bought votes, but since 2010 it has become blatantly ridiculous. Homeowners as we all know, pensioners, and the tories recent inheritance, the working class in former labour towns kept afloat by tax credits. This crisis hasnt had an undue effect on any of these groups yet and has given the government the opportunity to throw even more money around. Plus a bit of pseudo blitz spirit without many real sacrifices.

A major disparity if the government dont care about your vote, say a young person sacked from a bar job, now getting 78 quid a week.

The media have all but buried the Labour Party. Once the daily bun turned tori they were sunk! Even my brother in law voted tori, he’s a labourer!

Labour haven’t exactly helped themselves though, what a bunch of nutters.

Pretty sad when you’re faced with a choice of incompetent or slightly less incompetent at the ballot box.

Polls are irrelevant, only the proper vote counts. We found that out twice in the past 4 years.

Sir Keir also needs to win this next election otherwise it'll be (if the Conservatives run a full term after) the longest consecutive period a party has been in power for.........200 years ?

With Boris and his right hand man Dominic (C) in charge, during Brexit and COVID, they might manage that. Think about it!

Gina, Owen, Ash, Dominic (G), Anna, Jeremy and the entire BBC have granted us this record breaking opportunity. Well done guys. ?

Who else is there to vote for? What else do you expect people to do with populism reigning supreme?

Tories - corrupt as the day is long

Labour - in fighting, cant decide if they are centrist or communist

Libdem - lol

We need a proper middle ground, both left and right have shown themselves incapable of leadership.

Shame for the Tories that they can’t keep dishing out furlough money for much longer. Summer is will end and many people are going to lose their jobs.

Correct.

Things could change quickly .. .long way to go yet.

Real terms we're back to where we were in 2008! Woo-hoo!!

Except now the national debt is £2tn, not £500bn...

Prices should have collapsed, debt should not have increased! It seems to be the done thing so maybe we're mad and are simply shouting at buses in a White Lightning induced mania right now.

Also, the workshy should work for their and their 4x4's food rather than have me pay for them and their diverse brood. Criminals should also receive much longer sentences (USA++ style. Happy to pay for this). Bankers should not have been bailed out in 08 (unhappy to pay for this), and many should have been in the USA++ prison system for centuries after their antics (happy to pay for this).

Shame, else it would have been a great run. Brexit was good, at least one of the big parties respects democracy.
