The Masked Tulip Posted January 25, 2012 Share Posted January 25, 2012 I have just had a whisky, sang 'Happy Birthday' & 'He's a Jolly Good Fellow' to myself and am now sat here feeling all reflectful and stuff about life, family and past loves. Can you spot me? This was one of my first outings after I had been quite unwell. My Mum used to sing one of these songs to me when I was a youngster. Today's "Wanted Down Under" is a family from Swansea. They thought their 3 bed ex council house semi would be worth about £130k, but the valuer said it was only worth £80k now for a quick sale. For rental valuation both agents said £450. (current HB figure for 3 bed home there?). They said they would not sell for that price, but they will keep it for their pension.
