My aunt knew the chap who sold the land - he had an old fisherman's typoe cottage on there he lived in, sold up, bought a flat next to it and then died. These are very similar lookign to a lot of houses at Pett Level just down the road. First one large box shaped hosue popped up - OK, quite individual looking! Then everyone decides they need the same lookign house; they probably think they are so individual. I have been going to Winchelsea Beach since the 70s as my aunt lives there and have seen it, and Rye which I also lived in, become more and more gentrified. You don't need to chose one over the other. I use both PropertyTracker and PropertyLog on Chrome. The relevant info is displayed in different sections of the page so no visual clashes.
