TheCountOfNowhere
If you do a bit of digging, they bought from Jelson... To be fair his houses look okay and it's not under a pylon. People are paying 30% then facing a 10% new premium knock off too. London was HTB ground zero. Prices will be off 60k+ easily. And these are houses that have been owned for 5 years. RealAgent MAY 11, 2021 AT 08:11#2 Whilst I generally support the idea of building more new homes, what I really want to see is a stop to the exploitation of the help to buy scheme by new homes developers. There is not a month goes by where we are not telling someone that on the second hand market their property is worth £20-30,000 less than they paid for it. How this situation doesn’t receive more attention is frankly astonishing
Smiley George
Jenrick is the worst kind of Tory; brazenly corrupt, an astonishing hypocrite and really, really smug. Just the sound of his voice is enough to make my skin itch. IMHO

I dont want to associate their company with all the crappy new build estates I see, I have no idea what they are like, but they are clearly coining it in due to riding the tax payers. Shameful.
