Could this be a hindrance to Poo-Tin? How on earth can an army operate with such tacit dissention in the ranks, far more than must be typical?? Killing people is generally not popular and often operations are not entirely enthusiastically endorsed. Professionals get on with it, conscripts are probably coerced.
