Flash Gordon
I expect it will be over 10K more than the low in Feb @ 147k 160K would be my guess.
Timm
Post now, I'll thread-necro it in early 2010 You are missing an option- "Over £180,000".
Harry Monk
You are missing an option- "Over £180,000". Yea, I thought I had put it as an option but had put it in the wrong place so edited it out and would have to re-do the whole poll thing to put it back. If you think over £180,000, just put it in your post.

the flying pig
yeah, one hundred and forty-odd seems like a sensible enough guess, e.g. three months of modest gains & five months of modest losses out of the next eight months.

HAMISH_MCTAVISH
Depends how long this bounce lasts for. 140K to 150K is the most likely IMO. If this bounce lasts for anothe few months, could be higher. If it tails off quickly, could be a few grand lower. Either way, the big falls are behind us. mikeymadman
We've possibly had the steepest falls stage, so I think we'll start to go into a longer period of falls at an increasingly slower rate a la June 1991 onwards, I'd go for £130-140k Edited June 20, 2009 by mikeymadman
clubberdude
One-hundred-and-thirty-two-thousand pounds. [£132,000]. I voted for £130,000-£140,000. What do we win if we get it right?

Emy74
150K This could be a long drawn out process in view of the low interest rates we have and the fact that the government are twisting the banks arm when it comes to repos
