OzzMosiz Posted August 3, 2006 Posted August 3, 2006 Speechless. Think what that BBC Editor is thinking after stating Rates Set to Hold!! Quote
Guest X-QUORK Posted August 3, 2006 Posted August 3, 2006 F**king LMAO!!!! Now then, let's take our seats for hat-eating entertainment shall we?! Quote
Guest Bart of Darkness Posted August 3, 2006 Posted August 3, 2006 I must confess that, although I've wanted to see a rate rise for some time, this is indeed a shock. I'll get over it though. It will be interesting the see the effect of this rate rise on sentiment (however large or small it may be). Will this bit it for the rest of the year? I'll stick my neck out and say yes. After actually doing something for a change, the guys at the MPC will probably now need a long lie down, possibly followed by a relaxing holiday somewhere quiet. Quote
FTBvish Posted August 3, 2006 Posted August 3, 2006 Think what that BBC Editor is thinking after stating Rates Set to Hold!! now changed to "Rates decision 'finely balanced'" http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/business/5240770.stm Quote
