Gbob Posted November 13, 2023 Share Posted November 13, 2023 A mansion built from an old coach house near where I used to live is on the market for £4.5 million. It is lovely but in a very vulnerable position at the end of a lane, effectively in a public park with no other houses near by. Must be on a few villain's hit list I'd have thought. I think it sold after the development about 15 years ago for £3.5 million. I'm keeping an eye on it to see if it goes all the way back to its 2008 price.
