back on topic with the avg hatchback pcp costs... edit: Does anyone have a graph showing pcp instalment inflation? prices below see a lot more inflation. I remember when I first heard of pcp several years ago, a friend got a new vw polo for £120 a month + vat, but he got a trade discount. Not sure what money down was . I see a lot of these pcp's being handed back midway through term doe to fuel cost / poverty Fuel prices: Could I save money driving an electric car? https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/explainers-60943322

Homes to let have halved as rents shoot up https://www.walesonline.co.uk/news/uk-news/homes-halved-rents-shoot-up-24152676 https://inews.co.uk/inews-lifestyle/money/property-and-mortgages/rental-properties-uk-number-halves-driving-prices-higher-1666981 Shortage of homes to rent leads to tenant bidding wars https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-61650382 I imagine 'property pros' will usually be expecting (wishing) rents to rise. The other side of the story, particulalrly given the current economic nightmare, will be renters simply not being able to afford rent rises, so moving in with mum , friends sofa, the caravan / camper van etc . Anecdotally, in NW low income areas, I am seeing laandlords with 12 or so houses for rent selling up.
