Funnily enough...heard some east European bus drivers talking 2 years ago about getting into property, to make big money...then there's the bloke I know who stays at an airbnb regularly...the polish bloke and all his mates are all into property and trying to fill rooms to pay massive mortgages. They all want more. So the bust could see a lot if broken foreigners heading home leaving nowt but a trail if debt. What a mess. And they wonder why we voted to leave the EU. The PB interview last night on watchdog was worth seeing, it seems, correct me if I am wrong, they are over valuing to get business, I'd personally not touch a PB house as deal with people with an emotional attachment to a price is not pointless.
