Looks like the market round there is falling apart...quickly. Last time I saw anything like this was Early 2008. At some point the indexes are going to catch up. Will take about 35-40mins on a good day, I live there but the A10 can be a dog and the road around chatteris are death traps in the winter. Seems odd to me that March is so cheap, beautiful area, not far from a couple of large towns, not a million miles from London. If here was a faster road from Corby I'd give them 125k myself. Some lovely Georgian architecture - you can pick up some mansions for relatively little money (by today's mad prices). guess t's the local wages as agriculture is the major thing around there plus it's very flat if hills are your thing. Hanging off the side of an Indian train, went thru a road crossing in the middle of nowhere - orissa/chatisgarh I think - couple of dozen people waiting to cross the road, all different shapes and sizes and ages. All staring at the honky hanging off the train obviously. All had the same face. It was a stretched and squashed on different heads but it was the same face. Stopped at Tesco in March once, didn't seem that bad.
