I just switched on the TV ( prime time viewing ) to see some bloke ( who looked about 20 ) say they weren't building enough houses and houses ere getting smaller. The presenter retorted...so not building means prices will go up !!!! No mention of the previous 6 years of no build and prices collapsing, staying flat in nominal terms and plummeting in real terms...no mention of the only anual rise ( 3% ) in 6 years underpinned by the FLS/HTB/HTB/money printing. More BBc B.S. stated as if it were fact for a nation of sheeple to believe. I think it was someone on here that called it the One "Brain Cell" show. How very apt. I would complain but they wont do anything about it...the bias is tangible. I might cancel my license and wait for them to come round then tell them that day. Government backing 50% of mortgage as well. the higher it goes and the quicker it goes, then the faster things will return to a fundamental level. On a plus note rents are falling..
