I am more concerned as to who would buy a Ā£700,000 one bed flat with no outside space now - with a parking space by separate negotiation on top. The service charges given the on site gym, pool, spa, rooftop residents lounge/bar/terrace will be astronomical. Why on earth would you want an onsite bar in the middle of Canary wharf which is full of bars?Ā Why a cinema room - Cineworld at West India quay is a short walk and that gives unlimited access for Ā£16 a month? Seriously - who would buy it to live in? Edited December 12, 2021 by MARTINX9
