hedgefunded
I'm doing a 10k run next Sunday and need a selection of songs to listen to. It takes me about 55 minutes to do 10k, so I reckon 14 choice tunes will do it. They'll need to be of an inspirational rock nature, but anyone suggesting 'Eye of the Tiger' will win a night with Krusty. Suggestions awaited. That driving beat just helps you put one foot in front of the other.

Moo
Hmm, tricky, as I presume there's a particular tempo that would fit well with your pace. If you need something with a bit of aggression behind it, how about 'Brassneck' by The Wedding Present. 'Shoppers Paradise' by Carter USM is another along those lines. I shall think some more whilst picking some spinach for the missus.
Moo
(Ron Goodwin). Odd bit of music, that. Whenever I hear, despite knowing full well what it's best known for, I can't help thinking of bloody horses.

hedgefunded
That 'Trap' thing is rather too classical I'm afraid, but thanks for the suggestion.
Warwick Yellow
New Order, Blue Monday. That driving beat just helps you put one foot in front of the other. Indeed......the longer version of 'Shellshock!' by them is also especially good for running to...............
Garry AKA Pod
How about the recent live performances by Neil Young of "Keep on rocking in the free world"? He made them last an eternity. Other than that, "You're the best, around" by Joe Esposito, as featured in the Karate Kid.

I know the latter day guitarist of the Wedding Present. A lovely fellow called Paul Dorrington. Works in advertising now.
