Fully Detached
Nobody foresaw the credit crunch. Pity - FP wasn't given the chance to respond to that one, but a good performance anyway The blonde chick must be related to Krusty....
Griptool
FP sticks the boot in The dozy bint from savills looked like a rabbit in the headlights. Classic HPC TV

marko
FP (Jonathan Davi), may I congratulate you on making that sow from Savills look utterly ridiculous - excellent job. p.s. does anyone think the BBC News would show a discussion of that length and balance about house prices? Multiple choice:: 1) No 2) No way 3) Not a chance.
Bearback Mountain
Mr Davies, That was a fantastic effort for the truth/cause out there, Well done sincerely. PablovBlack
Spoony
Nice one Jonathan. "They shouldn't touch property with a bargepole" He performed very well didn't he. That woman looked scared and nervous, and she really struggled with making her figures appear believable under the interviewers questioning. It appeared that she was making the figures up out of the air - 'A 4% drop is good she admitted, so why isn't a 40% drop better?!' hedgefunded
Well done FP. Getting the last word was a real coup, and the bimbo was made to look like a real lightweight.
hostman
I think the HPC spokesman was quite reserved - He was probably told by C4 not to be too scary!

leedsproperty
I'd normally have expected a bull to counterbalance the views on the show. Perhaps they couldnt find one Even the VI was saying 4% drop this year.
runforthehills
HEE HEE re:supply and demand I demand a Bentley. But if I can't afford it then I can't buy it can I? PS If anyone is visiting tonight for the first time, we aren't mad or dangerous, just a bit stir crazy that's all.
Timelash
After the Six O'Clock News, the ITV News and Channel 4 News, I think I've had enough bear porn for now. See you all again after Newsnight, folks.

David
FP, my hat is off to you. It would have been easy to gloat but you kept it straight, honest and forthright. It's really happening, finally it's really happening. This is a massive day for the incipient HPC and I'm just going to sit back and enjoy the rest of the ride. gfromls
Top performance by FP. The blond from Savills said that prices wouldn’t fall too much because of the huge demand. FP said he wanted a Bentley but wouldn’t be buying one because he couldn’t afford to… (first time I’ve seen him lie on tv)
StainlessSteelCat
Time for El Gordo to assume the crash position.
Griptool
I think the HPC spokesman was quite reserved - He was probably told by C4 not to be too scary! I was a little worried that he might come across abit mad doomsayer - but no it was a great performance. Although I did detect a suppressed smile when he was telling us all we'd be bankrupt soon Edited April 8, 2008 by Griptool
Confiteor
Great stuff. But I wish FP had managed to challenge the "no-one foresaw the credit crunch" bollokcs. He could have pointed people to his site and the post that accurately predicted the Northern Rock run weeks before it happened. FP to hold a TV debate with Gay Gordon. That's what I want to see.
