Moo
West Midlands. Tories top the votes, UKIP second, Labour third. Labour's position in third in vote share looks pretty secure, unless UKIP do nothing in the north west or the LibDems pull off something miraculous. Labour 3rd in West Mids is damn shocking as it is, those areas tend to vote for a dead person if it had a red rosette stuck on it.
clubberdude
I apologise to any UKIP supporters for comparing a vote for the UKIP to a vote for the BNP. Not a problem. The key difference is I could be tempted (in the right circumstances) to vote UKIP... ...but it will be a very cold day in hell before i'd ever consider voting for the BNP. Moo
Third place is not good enough FFS. We needed forth to finish Gordo off! Damn the bloody Lib Dems! The Labour party only topped the poll in ONE seat. ONE seat! That's absolutely nuclear! Just to recap, this means the Labour party didn't top the poll in Scotland, Wales, the North West, and Yorkshire and The Humber... not to mention the rest. It's an absolute collapse for them.
