  2. I can tell you what will happen , as your brought new and there is a saturation of newbuilds it will be worth less than what you paid .That may a good thing however as trying to sell it on without a new owner having access to 40% from the government might prove tricky .
  3. Can see this happening in Luton , council is approving more and more 1/2 bed apartment blocks far in excess of demand blocks already completed and filling rightmove with to let adverts ( reductions coming thick and fast) Another 401 apartments are due to be approved this week - council being bunged £1.5 mil in lui of no affordable housing provision on the development ...

  5. I'd image this is because BT and Sky have come to an agreement to share programming so they are not actively outbidding each other anymore
  6. Oh they are doing that all over Luton I give you the Landmark development http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-to-rent/property-71198720.html http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-to-rent/property-52838910.html Similar converted office blocks going up , and low and behold alot of them end up on the rental market.

  21. http://www.independent.co.uk/news/uk/politics/stamp-duty-cut-latest-budget-saving-twice-more-save-buyers-resolution-foundation-philip-hammond-a8072601.html Almost 20 years to save for a deposit ...all that sandwich eating from Pret no doubt to blame ...
  22. https://www.standard.co.uk/news/london/stamp-duty-stampede-on-firsttime-buyer-homes-in-london-a3699941.html Great news you ''saved '' £5k except you didn't , instead of paying the goverment you paid the buyer giving them more money and best of all you took out a larger mortgage so that £5k you saved is now added to your mortgage with interest ... Also shows that although this is for FTB the extra money they have will in turn help the sellers pay for the home they want to move to ...
