Just doing the comparison graph of 'house prices' vs 'house price crash' - yep no ones even thinking about a crash yet in comparison. Also the trend of 'house prices' worldwide, we normally win, but it looks like Australians are currently looking it up the most at the moment - how dare they try and steal the top spot in the obsession! Well I googled "house price crash" around 2006/2007 (as I was convinced the market was in a bubble and about to burst) and came across this site.
