MOP
Painkiller overdose? But as Vicodin's popularity increases, so too does its list of celebrity addicts. Perry, Michael Jackson, Johnny Cash, Liz Taylor, James Brown, even Cindy McCain, wife of former presidential contender Senator John McCain, all confess to having being hooked on the drug. And unsurprisingly, the list of rumoured Vicodin fans who are keeping quiet about their recreational habit is a lot longer. http://www.tribune.ie/archive/article/2001/mar/25/vicodin/

Guest Steve Cook
At the end of the day he was a broke, lonely, emotionally f*cked up individual. He was also possibly a paedophile. A sad end to a sad person. But, if the paedophilia was true, then I hope there is a hell.

shippers
Have some bloody respect will you! I know this is HPC but come on. Why? It'd be like giving respect to Gary Glitter or OJ. He may have been an entertainer, but it's not like he had a direct influence on many of our lives, and there's still at least doubt about his behaviour towards minors (dangling his baby off a balcony was bad enough). I'm more dreading the hypocritical nonsense coming from a load of people in the next few days about how he was the blessed messiah. When Di died with Dodi, I was in London at a conference, for the week following and it gave me a very clear idea of how Hitler got the population to bend to his will. You absolutely didn't feel as if you could utter your real feelings about the royal parasites.

Fairies Wear Boots
I can't stand Michael Jackson. Good job we don't have a T.V. at present! What gets me is how he can say, " I never had a childhood, so can you send your sons over to my house so we can have a sleep over?" and people say yes. If he didn't molest those children, I think that makes him sicker.
van hoogstraten
If Greenspan was still in charge he'd have cut interest rates on hearing of this world catastrophe. I heard it was an overdose of sleeping pills - he didnt stop even though he'd had enough.
