The smoking ban was a good thing.

Add complete mismanagement of the countries finances including turning Gordon’s blind eye to the liar loan disgrace !

I agree with 2 of your points. It would have been 3, but 2 are the same point repeated.

For me it's the erosion of civil liberties. All copies of The Magna Carta should be destroyed, as it's no longer relevant. Let's just pretend we never had any rights.

The smoking ban agood thing ???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

Try telling that to the pub landlords. Who incidentally were assured that their pubs would be filled by non smokers who didnt like the smoke.

Where are they ?

8. Encouraging the chavs to breed

9. Relaxed Immigration allowing the suppression of wages

10. Rewarding crime, through a perverse justice system which attends to the offender's needs.

11. Everything else they've done, bar the smoking ban.

No 4 is lame.

There was no General Election when Major took over from Thatcher, Callaghan took over from Wilson, also when Eden left.

People vote for an MP who represents a party. The leader of that party gets to be PM. Its the presidential style of modern media coverage that suggests otherwise.

And number 6 is hardly an 'atrocity'. No-one in his party opposed him.

Complete failure to get rid of that thug Mugabe would be one.

I'm getting fed up of all this Labour bashing, partially culpable though they are.

The Tories would have been at least as bad. They haven't caused a discussion on any of the above issues, and they supported the Iraq war.

Vote Independent and restore democracy.

No they wouldn't. They'd have been nearly as bad

Labour are totally, utterly useless at managing money and they always have been

They are the govt equivalent of a teenage chav with a credit card

Tories do a lot of bad things but Labour always leave the Economy in tatters, ALWAYS

1 - Total failure to regulate the financial sector.

2 - The entire political handling of the war in Iraq. If anything, this was the event that proved we were being governed by total imbeciles.

3 - Scattergun approach to public spending.

4 - Altering tax law from something that could read, to something you just have weigh.

5 - Massive erosion of civil liberties, thanks to an unfathomable desire to hold our willies while we pee.

5a - Endless ramping of the "War on Terror", a "war" in which less British civilians are killed every year than die in accidents around the home*.

Shit, you really can't fit them into five, can you?

* Note to any Labour politicians listening - This does not mean I'm going to vote for you if you start the "War on The Incorrect Usage Of Angle-Grinders".

I’d add fiddling inflation figures to the list.

Actually the smoking ban is a good thing. Preventing people from enforcing the ill effects of their chosen habit on those who don’t choose the same habit is the one good thing Labour have done. I like driving fast but I wouldn’t expect to be allowed to indulge myself on public roads to the detriment of the safety of others, so why should smokers be exempt from respecting others’ right to personal safety? If someone wants to pay to make themselves stink of sh*t, become ill and die early, then fine, just as long as they do it in a place where they’re the only one affected by it.

I agree with the smoking ban being a good thing.

Tempted to say making this country's tax regime the most complicated ever and then significantly increasing public employment to deal with it.

There has been complete mismanagement of public services and instead of money going where its really needed it goes to management and consultants and the money is wasted - NHS Computer system for example.
