Doubt it. Kinzhal is basically an air-launched Iskander variant to give the missile more velocity and range than a ground launch, and Iskander missiles aren't terribly expensive (e.g. apparently Forbes claims $3,000,000).

Zircon, maybe. That's the one which allegedly uses a scramjet instead of a rocket engine.

You are right about the cost but the Kinzhal is no more a hypersonic missile than any other balistic missile.  What the US (and Chinese) consider a  hypersonic missile is one that can travel at hypersonic speeds, manouver to evade SAMs and still precisely hit a target. 

The Kinzhal cannot manouver and is only accurate to about 500m, so no use for bunker busting or other precision attacks.

Kinzhal is meant to be an anti-ship missile they repurposed atm. That again tells a story.

Most range claims take the aircraft range in as well due to Russian claims packaging that in too ( that's why it has such variation). That puts the aircraft in harms way and as they have limited numbers of missiles and planes that is a further limit to their use.

Its just another ALCM that caught the media's attention, it will cost a lot more than Iskander as ALCMs always do.
