Am I the only one that noticed that they nearly always release the figures the morning before the MPC meeting?

They do quite often but not always.

May was a Friday 7th

June was Friday 4th

August was Wedbesday 4th

September was Wednesday 8th

So could be tomorrow.

If it's a negative rise in house price growth, I hope they don't release it to the public.

If the nation's wealth doesn't keep going up in value, I fear Al Kaeda will launch some sort of attack.

I'm hoping for a +1.2% rise - which is sustainable over the long term.

If only banks would start lending again, we wouldn't be in this mess.

I blame the bankers - they started it.

Hmm, the irony is strong in this one, padawan.
