Mancghirl Posted April 14, 2009 Posted April 14, 2009 I've noted some disharmony on here over the last few days. The outbreak (for the 1 millionth time) of the Private vs Public Sector squabbles, the 20 pages on what a bunch of lazy feckless shites teachers are. Let us put aside these petty squabbles. Let us focus on the big issues. Let us laugh at pwoperdee expert Phil as he goes bust.... You can't lose on pwoperdee..... Quote

Si1 Posted April 14, 2009 Posted April 14, 2009 it just gets worse: Phil Spencer guilty of murdering actress Lana Clarkson (excuse my bad taste, phil...!) Quote

Mancghirl Posted April 14, 2009 Author Posted April 14, 2009 Looks like the article is open for comment too I know but I can't really put my true feelings on this matter into a coherent sentence, so it will read something like this... "Hahahahahahahahhahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahafeckyougetitrightupy ou, youuselesspropertymarketrampingtwatandtakethatfuglythickbintAllsopdownwithyou" Which I don't think they'll print to be honest. Methinkshe Posted April 14, 2009 Posted April 14, 2009 I feel ashamed for ever having clicked on this thread; but having done so I felt obliged to read the OP and continue. I still feel ashamed. Every other day more worthy threads than this are relegated to Off Topic. This one, imho, should not even have seen the light of day. Quote
Garry AKA Pod Posted April 14, 2009 Posted April 14, 2009 (edited) Correct me if I'm wrong, but it's his firm that is going bust as opposed to him isn't it? Big difference. Edit: Repeating myself. Edited April 14, 2009 by Jimothy Quote

dr ray Posted April 14, 2009 Posted April 14, 2009 Before you all get carried away gloating, it was his company that went bust not the git himself. He has probably protected his personal assets. Lloyds TSB, which is owed £141,400. The Inland Revenue is also said to be owed £185,000 You and I are the ones paying for his bust, not Phil Fecking Spencer Quote

bobthe~ Posted April 14, 2009 Posted April 14, 2009 I am laffing because they still call him "Property expert Phil Spencer". I could think of half a million reasons why he is no longer a property expert. Quote

the end is a bit nigher Posted April 14, 2009 Posted April 14, 2009 At the risk of almost certain derision, I would rather the fat bitch's company had gone tits up than fluffy Phil. At least he vaguely listened to people on the programme, unlike the fat bint who seemed to laugh at her 'customers' when they didn't like what she did, or didn't offer above asking price in a recession. Still, live by property, go bust by property. Quote

You lost me on this one. Say what you like about Harold Shipman but he found his own way for dealing with the economically inactive. Perhaps when food and oil run short we will honour him as a visionary. (only kidding) Quote

No, I think many on here would agree with you. He was the slightly more cautious of the two. Not cautious enough, it would seem. (Apologies if I raised hopes that it was his own personal bankruptcy with misleading OP) Quote

But thats the beauty of it!! Ocne you put yourself foreward as an "Expert" when you are in fact a "Tw@" everyone just has to keep referring to you as such and suddenly its a mocking title that comes back to haunt you!! Quote

Grrrr!! Rage!!! Daggers!!! as they used to say in the Beano. Quote
