Live Peasant
But all I ever wanted was an affordable 127.0.0.1*Cries* You don't want a 127.0.0.1. You want a nice 10.10.10.10 , can I interest you in a mask sir? Will 255.0.0.0 suffice? Oh I see, the goat has one already. Errol
There wasn't actually anything threatening posted, was there? Unless they count the threats made to their 'emperor's new clothes' empire.

dumb-tabloid reader
There wasn't actually anything threatening posted, was there? Unless they count the threats made to their 'emperor's new clothes' empire. Ive read them all and theres nothing that could be classed as threatening. Just points of view and opinions. Still, very painful to read for them, like all investors watching the value of their BTL drop quicker than Kirsty can type her own 'threats' lol. nmarks
That is slightly random. What was the subject of your email? Have Your Say section. I want them to put the question : Who do you blame for house price bubble? PS Someone was 'avin' a laugh when they wrote the Kirsty comments. Scunnered
This is great. He writes an article about the abuse Phil got last week and the readers respond by increasing the abuse tenfold. Can't wait to see what happens next week.

No of course not. I was just thinking of starting up a shoe-shine business as my BTL portfolio went T!ts up!
Live Peasant
Are you suggesting I'm a BTLer? I thought you'd prefer a nicely presented unit with good potential for conversion to an IPv6 at a later date. After all, the market only ever goes up. That loopback address is so 1970s. By the way, the goat thing was the funniest post I've read in ages, up there with the donkeys. Edited March 30, 2008 by linuxgeek

Timelash
This is great. He writes an article about the abuse Phil got last week and the readers respond by increasing the abuse tenfold. Can't wait to see what happens next week. It's reminiscent of what happened on Guardian Unlimited recently when a 19-year-old called Max Gogarty submitted a pisspoor piece about setting off to Thailand on his gap year. It quickly emerged that his dad was a freelance travel writer who'd worked for the Guardian/Observer and specialised in travel company PR. Cue cries of: "This sums up North London media nepotism perfectly" from hundreds of readers. The Guardian's response? To run several articles slagging off its own readers for "bullying" young Nathan Barley, sorry, Max.

Bloo Loo
I beleive the house price slump is over and they are now going to rise again, this due to action of Sovereign Wealth Funds buying our banks debt and restoring the balance sheets, then lending again at normal risk and multiple levels. Can't wait to see what happens next week. I think this could possibly destroy Kirstie and Phil. They thought they were so loved by the British people, but they are now shocked to see how much they are hated. I remember about 4 years ago, there was a presenter on Talk Sport called Tommy Boyd. He had a show on Sundays called the Human Zoo, and loads of listeners used to phone up and say stupid things on the radio, Tommy managed to build up a weird listenership. Anyway, Tommy got the sack because someone phoned in and said the Queen should be shot and Tommy didnt cut them off. The following Sunday a new DJ started and this same listenership still tuned in/phoned in and absolutely destroyed him, he only lasted two Sundays. The situation with Kirstie and Phil reminds me of this. Edited March 30, 2008 by Bearback
sossij
lol seems like they are flooding in. Heh heh oh well for what it's worth here's mine: What a dismally unctuous article. Phil and Kirsty are apologists for a system of demented finance in an economically illiterate society that has come to expect trans-generational theft as a right. Slumpmonkey Returns
I think the Telegraph have allowed every post to go through onto the comments section on purpose as they are hoping that someone will make a threat and they can get that person prosecuted. Make no mistake about it the VI's are VERY scared now. Their whole pyramid selling scam is being gradually outed for what it is and the sheeple are now slowly becoming aware that they have been screwed. IMHO this pathetic, sour and ill-researched article proves that we are now in stage three of the crash cycle. ANGER Spencer and Allsop know the game is up and they are teaming up with their rich mates in the press to moan and whinge. They are throwing their dollies out of the pram like babies. HPCers should just sit back and enjoy this pathetic whinging over the next few months rather than get angry IMHO
