I see that TR knows something we don't. They've just put this one up 31.3% after being on the market for 6 months.

It was clearly getting no interest from potential buyers at the £495k price point so rather than fanny about chasing the market they've decided to definitely get no purchasing interest by bumping it up 31% to £650k. :lol:

this ones looking good value now for any potential B.T.Letters out there.

similar property near by for 470 per month ,providing the housing benefit cap isn,t reduced bigtime thats a yield of

around 10% , looks a low maintenance house though you,d be dealing with dole merchants tennants unless you farmed it out to an agent.
