Quoth
All depends on what happens on NYSE later today. You are probably right. But when an HPC'er doesn't post a 'Black xxxday' thread in the hope that he or she is proven right it could be argued that they are tired of life. clemo
Is this anthony boltons new year bull market!!! Anthony Bolton calls share rally in new year Commercial property and the banks will lead new bull surge, predicts veteran stockpickerKathryn Cooper, Money Editor ANTHONY BOLTON, one of the City’s most respected fund managers, has urged investors to prepare for a new bull market early next year, led by banks and property stocks. The veteran investor, who ran Fidelity’s Special Situations fund for 28 years before standing down in 2007, believes that the FTSE 100’s November low of 3,781 will prove to be the bottom of the downturn, with shares rallying sharply in the first three months of next year. You have to risk complete and utter humiliation by posting a brand new dedicated black day thread or it doesn't count.
Quoth
No no no... You have to risk complete and utter humiliation by posting a brand new dedicated black day thread or it doesn't count. Thats right - 'tis the law. And perhaps as mentioned earlier in order to maintain political correctness they should be rebranded bleak days. However, this creates problems in itself. Firstly, I don't subscribe to PC. Secondly, bleak said fast enough sounds like black said with a South African accent which kind of defeats the aim of said rebranding. Quoth
Ah... I see RB has created a 'black' thread. However, as mentioned in the thread calling it in the afternoon after a 3% fall isn't exactly cricket. There are rules to these things!
