  1. Remind me, a country where socialism improved the quality of life?
  2. Can you give me £100,000 per year please? I'll ensure your community improves and is a better place for you. Promise. BTW, if you see me driving round in a flash motor, in a nice suit, and eating out at the best restaurants in town it is down to economic growth. Don't you know.
  3. Agree that the lack of provided evidence must have been a key factor. The Bill of Rights says: Freedom of Speech. That the Freedome of Speech and Debates or Proceedings in Parlyament ought not to be impeached or questioned in any Court or Place out of Parlyament
  4. Thing is if he says "Free Trade Agreement" and combines with Farage he wins a landslide.
  5. Boris is best off stopping all EU negotiations now and say I'll do nothing until an election. I can't see any downside for him. Anyone?
  6. As a purely hypothetical question, if we knew that another referendum held now leave would win would you still think we should remain now?
  7. Looking at the map of results: https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-48403131 then interpreting under a First Past the Post system for a General Election it would show a landslide win for the Brexit Party. The Tories will see that and a path to a General Election victory, post the 31st October Brexit, i would have thought with a Brexiteer P.M. The unknowns are (1) whether all the voters who stayed away are not of pro or anti-brexit decisively and (2) whether the Brexit Party is on the ballot at a G.E. to hoover up Labour leave. Remainers, especially the Islington Labour types, have to consolidate behind one party to have a chance of stopping this outcome.
  8. How does New Zealand survive? They can't possibly prosper being outside of the EU. They must be shaking in their boots at the prospect of not being in the club. Are they still chomping at the bit to join?
  9. Evidence? Electoral Commission says differently https://www.electoralcommission.org.uk/find-information-by-subject/elections-and-referendums/past-elections-and-referendums/eu-referendum/electorate-and-count-information But don't let facts get in the way of a nice rant.
  10. At what point will people realise that the NHS will bankrupt this country? Don't tell me. You want "more money for the nhs". It doesn't get enough does it. What with the winter crisis coming up and all. So an extra £200 billion enough? How about £500 billion? Not enough still? Create your own figure. £10 trillion? Enough yet? £100 trillion? Bung some more zero's on. Someone will pay all of it for us. Socialists. Great at spending other peoples money.
  11. Will no-one think of the poor? Why do Remainers always focus on how it will "hurt others"? If it does "hurt others" then the "hurt" will have a vote to get a Government in place to correct it.
  12. Ah, poisonous food for all! Classic Remainer project Fear. Nip in to LIDL tomorrow and look at the country of origin labels on some fruits. You might learn something.
  13. You don't believe that anyone with a "normal" job could be an MP then?
  14. You were asking people to answer whether they could name an MP who gave a shit or not? Exactly who could answer that question?
