gold miners shares , from miners producing good ounces and with profitable operations are a far better option than most IMO stay away from retail , banking and construction related shares those will all crash shortly

just wondering why older people should get tax breaks for downsizing , won't they earn a stack of cash anyway by doing the downsizing in the first place?
