As an aside apparently Sex and the City 2 is so aggressively dislikeable and offensive that it's probably sunk the franchise for good according to the reviews. Oh well. Several people on the list are has-beens - like Lenny Henry, Billy Connolly and of course, Bruce Forsyth. Others, like Gordon Ramsay and Chris Evans, have always been annoying.
