Rinoa
Will it tempoarily spare the bears' blushes? Or should the samaritans be alerted. I reckon it's a tad laggy, so possibly a fall.
Timm
It will be a fall alright, but it is very laggy, so will mean the sweet root of FA, (apart from to confuse public sentiment).
leedsproperty
Perhaps as its based on sales not approvals it will continue to show that prices are plummeting. Just wait till bond yields hit the roof - you aint seen nothing yet.

LR and RoS are both very laggy..... several months behind. So it should show substantial falls, roughly comparable to the indices from months ago. If it's even close to flat (within 0.5%) thats very good news indeed as it means the actual prices are coming back far faster than the indices suggested. Hamish there's one part of the puzzle missing for me. Prices were being driven by lax credit. This mal assessed risk nearly broke the word's financial system. Yet you appear to support a return to this position. I have to wonder why?
