  1. Very apt name Maybe if we allllllll sat down one day and said "******it, been a corporate slave being ******ed, up the ass, for too long enough is enough. No one goes to work, spends any money, uses any form of transport. Just spent time with friends and family. What would happen? What could the govt do? Surely its our lives and we should decide what we do with it. If we think something is wrong about where were heading the only people that can change it is US. People power. The only way. Call it a general strike if you like. Or a mass protest. Or a sit down. Whatever. Just to show the PTB we've had enough. Governments are supposed to serve the people not the other way around.
  2. You're a tampon licking, **** felching buttboy, still living at home masturbating whilst wearing a pair of your mothers knickers and reading the Daily Mail.
  3. Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh hahahahahaha. Thanks , that was just what I needed.
  4. My initial reason for finding this site was indeed this Homebuy scheme. I had gone through the application process and financial interview they do to assess how much you'll need to borrow from the govt. on top of your mortgage. This was early march. Was told the allocated funds for the scheme had been used up for the year and were waiting for these to replenish after the end of the financial year. Well I got a letter recently (about a week ago) saying the funds were still not available for the Open Market Homebuy Scheme ( the one where you can choose any home for sale ) but would I like to consider the other options ie: Shared Ownership, Homebuy Direct etc. Seems to me they're not too keen on the Equity Loan part anymore, but pushing the shared ownership or new build part buy part rent debacle instead. (By the way, I've decided to not go for ANY of the schemes, due to researching and also advice form here, and am renting for another year at least) But I still know of people who are looking at using the schemes to try to get on the ladder, and funnily enough its amazing the amount of people I speak to who are saying "Now is the best time to buy" and will just go into these huge decisions without proper research, and when I say otherwise its " Your mad if you think house prices will fall even further" !! or, "You just gotta get on the ladder when you can" !!
  5. And what are your thoughts? Do you think the price of these professional ladies of service will increase as per inflation on the CPI or decrease as per deflation on the RPI ?
  6. I actually laughed out loud at the last bit. Hyperinflationary orgasm!
  7. It is a hard task to educate or offer information towards a particular subject onto anyone who is not prepared to listen Steve. It's the same thing as the school system, if a pupil has no interest then it really is pointless teaching because that pupil will not allow the information to be processed. People have to want to know more, to ask questions, to look for answers and only then will they ever learn. Some people accept things as they are because it is all they know and all they have learned from a very early age, they accept it and do not question. Whereas some people such as famous scientists eg: Newton , Einstein, Curie etc have through the ages questioned the status quo, and these people have advanced the human race in terms of knowledge and understanding. You have to let people find their own way. There's a whole wealth of information out there especially now in this information age, that people can find it for themselves and make their own judgements.
  8. Strange how the original post concerned the technicalities of bankruptcy and the possibility that is is impossible to pay a 'debt', that the then route of the thread turned to registration of cars!! Even the shooting of an innocent man didnt get a response. Just cars. I love my car. It's far more important than the this country I live in, and the rights and freedoms my ancestors died in protecting. My car goes broom broom, and it's black with shiny wheels.
  9. Can anyone please explain to me how Estate Agents earn their percentage of sale prices? I mean why have we actually got them? What do they do that can't be done by two parties agreeing on a sale of a specific item re: property ? Like someone already said with the use of the internet as a tool Estate Agent as a job could actually become non-existant ?
  10. My work involves me sometimes being around Barristers', and today I took the opportunity to ask one about the concept of the 'person' which has been banded about the place by people such as John Harris, Rob Menard, Winston Shrout etc. Seems like they are definitely onto something here, the Barrister practically admitted no jurisdiction can be gained over you unless you consent to being the agent for the 'person' in the corporate world. I was dubious (due to having been condtioned so) myself after reading many articles and watching many videos over the last month, but to hear from the horses' mouth so to speak has confirmed my initial feeling when I discovered this information. Worth looking into guys and gals, not just for the court side of things but the financial side, money is debt etc, acceptance for value (AFV), tax statutes etc. If you knew where your hard earned money was going via taxation you'd soon want to get yourself out of the slavery system.
  11. Wow, someone speaks some sense. It's amazing really, the whole 'distraction' technique really does work doesn't it! Granted, there are some stupid, pointless, waste of public money non jobs out there created by this government, and previous governments. But there are also some decent hard working people in essential jobs employed for the benefit of the mass population, keeping you safe healthy and educating our children. To attack these people is exactly what the orchestrators of our monetary system want to distract from the harsh reality of the truth. It is the central private banks who run the country, the government, and enslave us all. So remember this, next time your attacked in the street for your wallet, your house is burgled and set alight, or you're in an accident and need urgent medical help and care, or the person who seeks to endanger your family is not arrested and imprisoned but free to roam the streets. We need these people. What we dont need is a large majority of our tax money going into the pockets of greedy ruthless bankers who have no thought but for themselves.
  12. I have to say, my initial response said to him was "wow, they should snap their arm off!" when he told me of the 'offer'. Even I , a relative newcomer to the joys of house purchasing, could work out the reason of the call and the EA tried his very best to make me 'see sense' . I even asked if the offer was from a cash buyer and that mortgages currently were being offered to those with a 30/40% deposit, to which he said 'kind of, they have a 50% deposit, left by someone who had passed away' !! You gotta admire them, as much as you despise them, they do try
  13. Well well well. Further to my original and first post on here, I have had a phone call from the friendly estate agent whom showed me around a house about a month ago which was on the market for £225,000. To be honest I thought the place was a shithole anyway and said tongue in cheek 'I wouldn't pay £225,000 more like £170,000 in the current market' before leaving. (I wouldn't have paid more than £125,000 anyway!) 3 bed mid terrace in SM3 by the way. Now am I cynical, or is it perhaps because I have researched alot in the month since, but why would he ring me tonight and ask me if I had found anything else, before going on to say "we have received an offer of £210,000 on the property" and that the whole market since january has picked up, in fact he said they had received 9 offers this month alone! Are we wrong? Has the market bottomed??
  14. First rule of questioning. Accept or deny nothing. You have a right to remain silent , use it !
  15. I looked into this recently, pretty much since I joined this site I've been researching into everything economic. It's unbelievable how this fractional reserve money system works, pretty sickening really, the corporations really do control EVERYTHING and politicians are only interested in one thing, and that is being in power. Everything else is just a side show, and we are part of mass slavery via debt. Fantastic.
  16. Whilst undoubtedly the house is not the most aesthetically pleasing, you have to admit the road name is 'pretty sweet'
  17. Looks identical to the set of Shameless!!
  18. House prices being so high does not help most people, it's just greed, good old fashioned greed. Human nature? Probably.
  19. My head hurts. I just read that whole thread. Dunno about all this gilt, bonds, deflation, inflation, quantative easing business, I just really hope house prices come down to an affordable level and the majority of hard working decent people in this country can own their own home and live a relatively comfortable existence. Not much to ask is it. Who'd be a politician
  20. Too much moving in circles , not good. You always end up where you begin
