Ft: Almost Inevitable Fall In House Prices Ahead.
billyslad replied to eric pebble's topic in House prices and the economy
Do you have another link please as this one only works after registering -
watched a story yesterday that the economy shrank more than was first reported so that the first period of negative was delayed by announcing zero growth rather than a minus figure but the truth came out yesterday It has had the effect of delaying the start of the publics perception of when we entered the recession Whats the betting that we come out of it faster as well until the real figures are ratified

http://search.knightfrank.com/UKSearch/Pro...px?id=exe080325 A friend of mine is trying to sell this place which looks fab but needs some tlc when you look closely , he nearly sold it last year but it fell through at the last minute , he took it off the market and then put it back a couple of weeks ago for exactly the same price , blinding ! I have even pointed him in the direction of this site but he still refuses to believe that he wont get his asking price no doubt encouraged by Knight Frank As he is a self made man about 40 years old I used to respect his business acumen ..........

Bailiffs Will Not Be Allowed To Force Entry
billyslad replied to deflation's topic in House prices and the economy
Call the bailiffs office and back this up with a letter informing them that you will keep your house locked at all times and that you will not let them in , they are not allowed to force entry and will then have to go back to court to apply for a forced entry which should buy you time to negotiate with the people that you have the debt with and come to an arrangement , you can also state what your intention is with the creditor re the baiiff ask them to request the bailiff does not make any more visits and incur further cahrges which is in no ones interest apart from the bailiff. Once a bailiff has been allowed into your house once he has a right to come bck in and seize goods , which is why they always ask to come in .Make sure you back up all telephone calls with a letter so that you have proof of your discussions Oh and buy a big dog ! -
