Of course I do think if people want to stay in area it should be possible for them to buy at 1970s ratios to income/mortgage as a % of their income. Business is going well this year I could have...... a ) Expended my premises and created 3-4 new jobs pay even more Tax/rates etc etc b ) Shelved these plans and bought a house.
