nice comments

"where will the vulnerable people live if i sell up my HMO"

maybe if these normal people had a chance in life they would not have mental health issues

I twice rented a room in HMO when I had temporary jobs in places where I didn't want to settle they have a place and are not completely evil.

Of course I do think if people want to stay in area it should be possible for them to buy at 1970s ratios to income/mortgage as a % of their income.

I should be a conservative voter by any of the normal parameters that are deployed.

But a quick look at the cabinet and I can see why I don't.

Ditto

Small business owner doing ok.....until I go to the estate agents where I am a peasant.

Business is going well this year I could have......

a  )  Expended my premises and created 3-4 new jobs pay even more Tax/rates etc etc

b  )  Shelved these plans and bought a house.

I chose a but I wonder how many are choosing b

How is that right or good for the economy.

not asking for a free house just asking for the government to GTFO

How do you "like/rate" comments on that website? You can view the comments by rating, but I can't see how I rate a comment.

Good question, I just signed up to do a bit of HPC clicktivism but I can only comment, not vote. Guess we need a certain level of 'rep' before we can rate. I'm going to comment some more! :)
