Very simple and the root cause of most of the problems that we face for anyone who cares to connect the dots. An ugly house across the road is a small price to pay relative to the ultimate costs that we will pay for the bursting bubble fuelled by the artificial "shortages" created by the planning system worsened by the simultaneous credit boom.
