He is only using this "I saved you all" speech to try to salvage his healthcare agenda, but this speech on the economy will come back to haunt him if the U.S. recovery is not sustainable into next year. I too have decided to start making unquantifiable statements to friends - 'If I hadn't slept with your wife 3 years ago, you would have been divorced and broke by now' - shortly before waking up in casualty.
