'Griffin always followed around by thickset men' etc. It would be interesting to see what would happen if Miliband or Straw were attacked like that by Islamists when they hold a press conference outside Parliament with no police around. You can't have selective democracy, which is what the socialists seem to want at every turn. I don't agree with the BNP, but the sight of them being forced to run by a mob of self righteous 'do gooders' is worse than the BNP itself. How did they ever get the chance to protest in such a large number so close to Westminster. Nu Labour made a law against that. It would be interesting to see how 50 or so people chanting and protesting about ID cards, the war, GB as Prime Minister, would be treated. My guess that they would get moved on pretty quickly. Also I hope that all those protesters will be given a police caution just like Leila Deen who threw green custard at Peter Mandelson. There is something nasty about the way the BNP is being raised in profile. Perhaps they are being set up as the common enemy for us to rally against, united with Gordon. I also recognise the ill thoughtout fact that we should discriminate people regarding their colour of skin or religion. It seems as irrelevant to me as hair colour. Completly pointless. On a lighter note, BBC report that a woman 'passer by' was pushed over in the melee by one of Griffin's bodyguards. Expect her to appear on youtube, get loads of cash from an outraged newspaper etc etc. Down side is she was white, but let's hope she has Jewish ancestors who fled here from the Nazis. These people will start illegal wars and call everyone else racist and even make it illegal to be racist, thats how it all starts............ Imagine if it was the BNP doing the above, people would suspect some horrendous ulterior motive. This is exactly what I was thinking last night after what Darling said! I fully expect Labour to raise the profile of the BNP for this very reason going into the GE. The fact that the police stayed away today is very suspicious indeed. This ploy is very dangerous and it could backfire in spectacular fashion! The BNP are vile scum, but they have been voted in. I think they should be entitled to talk so that they can be clearly refuted. However, they are too small to warrant much exposure. They are smaller than the Greens, but we hear sod all from them. But don't let's pretend the BNP are a party of peace, Their supporters have used violence, and with worse than eggs.
