Which means you'd beeter buy damn quick or you'll miss the boat, as by the end of 2005 that terrace will be worth £348,000, and by end of 2006 will be worth £1.4m..... Bet those buyers are glad they bought it just in time... this is conculse evidence that if they'd waited even another 6 months they would have missed the boat forever. This ones on the same estate. Nice innit ? Do you have to keep the house for a certain length of time afterwards if you right-to-buy ?
