It seems to have walls only about 5 feet high. A kind of shed for storage, I would say. The other one at 20k is a church. I've seen a lot of churches being offered as houses, but they are not houses either. Auction guide price is often quite different to the selling price, as far as I have seen. (Edinburgh) as i am currently driving 60 miles a day which can be 2 hrs. if someone offered my a portacabin for £10k i would take it.
