Buyers have obtained a mortgage with HSBC. :-) Eight months on the market and £30k off original asking price. (3 bed semi, was on for £185k dropped to £155k). Sold it for slightly cheaper than the average asking price but a bird in the hand and all that... Not selling to rent - selling to tent Going to go travelling/walking for a bit.
