Seems like the government want to use bank credit or get bank credit going again to create jobs and that simply will not work because a large % of the nation is now becoming un-credit worthy either due to default or no employment. Seems to me it would be a much better idea to use printed money to start a large scale council house building program, also get started on seven barage as well as new power stations. The way we are going know one will have a job pretty soon and we will see towns and cities on fire and large scale riots.
