the-sign-jacker
It does rather seem that Labour has finally begun to get serious about tackling the credit rationing that is the primary cause of the current recession and price crash.GIANT SNIP this isnt the problem here. the problem is houses are out of kilter with earnings. they have to come down and fast. you CANNOT buy a 60% overpriced average regional home AND buy kitchens from B&Q on a regular average regional wage. i really cant understand why they cant work this out. you simply cant magic out money from your anus. bagsos
Back to the topic of the thread, it seems from the Times poll that the "brown bounce" (something that happens when you take a dump on a trampoline?) is over, and even the BBC said this morning that, having stolen 2 tory suggestions (small business loan guarantees were one, can't remember the other one) it would be rather difficult for Labour to continue to tag the Tories as the "do nothing party". So I suspect the smell of fear at Tory party HQ is rather less of an overpowering odour than that at Victoria Street at the moment. Wonder if Brown is about to bottle another election? I had £50 on each of the last three elections 97 and 2001 I was 10 and 15 seats out respectively on the overall majority 2005 25 out.As things look at the moment I am thinking of 2010 No overall majority. You heard it here first.
