  1. still, everytime the Gordon Brown thing accuses labour of being the party of cuts reffering to 10% its like a huge endoresment!!! I dont know why Cameron doesnt leverage that and say yes!!! And if you carry on at this rate, those cutes will be even greater to repair the damage you are doing by borrowing?!!!! Then say, PM, Who do you really think will be governing the country over the next 5 years? How are they going to repay your debts? Awsner, the Tories, by cutting!!! So dont you think you should be a little more long sighted than you are right now? Idiot!!! (i added idiot in as there wont be a speaker to object next week, lol)
  2. i think you have to look longer term, interest rates will go up sometime. so many people here are reactionery to the current situation. same sort of people that heard about BTL and then HAD TO HAVE ONE I GUESS.
  3. Browns PMQ policy We Are The Party Of The Many They Are The Party Of The Few repeat ad infinitum
  4. anyone else find Browns in ability to awnser questions frustrating? Any one note that he plans to suppport investment with asset sales? Anyone think that Browns constant attack on tory 10% cuts is actually a good reason to vote tory? Anyone think that constant govt spending is wrong and we actually need cuts?
  5. surely it would be better to shiit in the comfort of your home and then take the shiit in a shit bag made of newspaper and then somehow get it inside the engine compartment by crawling under the car discreetly looking for a lost coin, and slapping it or smearing it generously over the exhaust manifold (checking its not already hot, ouch) and then running away. would that worth? nb, check with your doctor before hand that you dont shiit semtex or any other high explosive based excrement.
  6. absolutley, i dont understand it!!!! Im really concerned because in 5 years time 40% off asking price is going to be really silly, no ones ever going to accept that, oh, £91.5k... Still alot really, bit like Xenos paradox. Your your house are mine!!!!
  7. I would have offered £153k and said that over 5 years tat s probably what it'll be worth and as such its a fair offer. You have every right to do that, but sould not quibble if they refuse. there are people out there that just want to see the back of their property, (lol, no jokes), and they will consider thatespecially if they brought (bought buyed) in 1997 or so or have died, the dead haggle much less than the living, even if they are difficult to tie down to any commitments.
  8. you know, whilst im not really sure what this thread is all about i would like to say that its not easy being an employer, especially if your a small business. Alot of employess under 30 are just lazy and they dont know it. Young people dont know how hard it is to employ a person and they expect luxury conditions, and im not talking about leather chairs etc. I mean employers are finding it tough, they have to work hard and if an employee shrugs his shoulders or scorns the employer thats quite hurtful. I think alot of people think that turning up to work is enough effort in its own right. All this talk about fair wages is one thing, but many employers cannot afford that, and having the ability to employ people at say a £1 hour gives them the ability to take up the slack and give employing people a twirl. I know loads of people that dont employ people because its just not worth it. Do you know that you have to have eployers liabilty and you have to keep that certificate for 40years!!!!! Sounds wasy huh. the fact i hate all employers is besides the point
  9. Slavery is ensured in this country by high house prices. we need a government that focusses on house ownership for all, not house debters if they're lucky
  10. maybe they discovered you have a dog for an avatar and dont think you'd make an appropriate member of the local community. i actually had a dream where i brought (bought buyed) a dog last night. It was a nigtmare because deep down i knew there was no way i wanted to walk it each day or pick up its shiit. i make 40% BMV offers (below asking) which i feel are a bit cheeky but not totally obscene. However, im also aware that alot of those place would possibley fetch more at auction. I think any EA would say, dont accept that, you'd get much more at auction, as some properties can fetch more than their asking price at auction. I viewed a place that cost £180k or so, went to auction with a reserve of £80k or so and fetched £190k at auction!!!! I dont know but i thought we were in a housing crash??? Some crash eh? I thought auctions meant cheap property..... There were so many people viewing that cold January morninng that we could have had a party or a rave..... So much for HPC.
  11. Try Zimbabwe, money only ever goes up out there, plus they life white folks, especially for dinner.
  12. lol yeah, dont sell the house, kill your partner and bury them in the garden, fake their running away to the carribean. dont sell ever and build an extension.
  13. i think alot of buying is panic buying. Or in other words, not the same sort of buying we had before, the mentality is different. Plus, i think there is government intervention. I think they are giving the nod and wink for people to buy, ie, people within their ranks, middle managers that realise that if they want to keep their job they better support the party and so they buy, at what loss? Not alot really if your an existing fat cat. Its different type of buying designed to fool the market. After all, its pretty common knowledge that were in a recession and house prices are falling? So its not natural to buy. plus theres the addage, demand is not just desire, its desire and ability. ie, having th money, and nothing has changed, house prices are not really much cheaper. They are only cheaper to the trained eye. A few thousand? lol, people take those hits all the time. I am comfident that the shiit will hit the fan during the election. I think the government will choose it as a time to let go abit and that the powers that support the tories will also be letting go. Point is, the powers that be, which will be tory will want to show that they are helping the economy and so the worse it is before the election the more they can demontrate themselves as improving it. Im not making myself clear, but i think that during the election process there will be an industrial stream of shiit hitting a very large power fan. oh yeah, last week i posted that my neigbhour was selling their house and detailed the costs and noted that sods law would state that when i said that and lolled they would sell it. THE NEXT DAY THE BOARD WENT DOWN. maybe they are renting it? But today, 3 days later, they have moved out. Removal van outside all day. Another house sale to boost the economy, possibly. we'll see. OIne things for sure, they have moved out.
  14. how about getting rid of 100% of the public sector. How about that for a change. turn everything over to the private sector. So sorry for all those 'Key Workers' in their subsidised housing. Where will they get the 25p/month to pay off the mortgage.
  15. yeah, i hate Labour soooo much. All this crap about special rates for Key Workers, ie, labour stooges. At this rate the only people with housing will be state employees with their 4x average earnings salerys and 80% off housing deals. id like to see MASSIVE cuts in govt employees and schemes to support them. id like to see a government that trys to reduce house price cost. not artificially support it.
  16. MP's should sleep in cardboard boxes along the embankment so that tourists could flock to see them, it could generate millions in rotten tomato and cabbages sales from various kiosks along the way.
  17. What an ugly unimaginative pile of crap i can just imagine him drawing the plans on the back of a cigarette packet. few places like that round my way. totally look like builders had a go themselves, totally in denial that an architect is really the person that builds a house. straight, flat featureless boxes WITH LOADS OF BIG ROOMS!!!!!
  18. yeah, i bet their more like school children more insterested in the fact that they dont have to work as much. Like going home at 2.30 instead of 3.30. My school did that once, middle school and it was brilliant!!!
  19. worth checking its a qualifying property before you hold your breath for 6 years.
  20. i spent 15 years on the dole on and off. one things for sure, they're not there to help you. its a dehumanising process designed reduce claiments into obedient servents. by the time i ever got to the front of the queue i could barley remembrt my name, its a process designed to weaken you up for their, 'questions'. Just wait until you get called up to do some Back To Work Training.
  21. interesting, however, i never really saw the benefits of trade marks. So many bizare ones, like Google putting a trademark on the word URL or something. To be honest, i cant remember, but it was someone like Google trying to get a really general word, crazy. if theres one good thing about the recession its a drop in trademarks. 50%deposit (trademark pending)
