hi ianbeale, i moved here in april, and with regards to house prices i would say there was a hpc on - much like the rest of the land. do u really need anecdotals to know this?? apart from that its nice to be by the sea and its hot in the summer - although if u are a northerner - its flippin miles away from anywhere! good luck with the move
