HNC, known as a “neural network” company, and DARPA, beginning in 1998, have worked on developing “cortronic neural networks,” which would allow machines to interpret aural and visual stimuli to think like humans. The cortronic concept was developed by HNC Software’s chief scientist and co-founder, Robert Hecht-Nielsen. Hmm... different ways of interpreting that graph. a ) Barclays reflected true LIBOR but other branks fraudulently propped up the reported rate for a further year. b ) Barclays decides to falsely reduce reported LIBOR rate and other banks eventually jump on the bandwagon after a year. Also, as the lowest and highest reported rates were always rejected as statisitcal anomalies, what rejected whacky rates were other banks reporting?

The simple truth is, you don't need a complicated algorithm to see that something very fishy happened. From the graph its blooming obvious. But now all the 'experts' come out of the woodwork saying how they knew. If you get slapped in the face with a wet fish, then you are going to know you got slapped. Either that or you were dead / pleeding ignorance. Actually this is the one that shows the Barclays 'potentially' being influenced. The previous shows how LIBOR still followed Barclays and that's after this potential influence. Stinks like a rotten fish.

HNC (the real brain boxes behind FICO, the credit assessment company that lies at the heart of most banking statistical credit assessment systems) are very proud of their development of sophisticated software to trawl all the digital conversations in the world. They used it years ago to locate Osama Bin Laden (before he was really famous) and to send some rockets to kill him. Bin Laden never carried a mobile phone after that. And I'm sure they've got much more sophisticated and more powerful stuff today. No doubt HNC software will be cruising the web today and reading all our words. They probably also look at sound and vision too. Funts.

And also very careful discussing it, when it turns out to be factually incorrect. An allegation was made by anonymous members of the Herald forums that George Robertson signed the gun license for the Dunblane gunman. This allegation was provably false, and Robertson successfully sued the Herald and settled for a 5-figure sum. You never find inconvenient facts like this reported in the "truth" blogs because it spoils their narrative. Is there any evidence (from a credible source, not a "truth" blog) that the Aurora gunman's father was scheduled to give evidence to the Senate? I find it difficult to take seriously any blog that says: "a scandalous report was issued in the United kingdom about the LIBOR scandal where it has been discovered that much of the wealth held by the so called 99 percent is being held in offshore accounts far away from the taxman" But as ever, DYOR.

Surely the names of those attending is published well in advance or don't the hearings work like that? I was hoping that someone might be able to find something to either prove this story or blow it out of the water.

What I find is that the blogs link to other blogs and it is often not possible to find a primary source (other than hearsay).

Did nobody else who knew him well (like all the people on his campus) not notice this sudden change? People lap this stuff up and my mind boggles.
