downandout
"Internal viewing a must" Why? It's not bloody finished. Usually when they put this it is stating the obvious as I don't think there are many people who buy houses for half a million quid without taking a quick peek inside first! domo
Its bigger than the first picture suggests (looking at the quoted sizes of the rooms), so I understand why they want you to take a peak inside.

insidetrack
What would the labour and material cost be for those two semis? £160k perhaps. So a house that was built for £80k sells for half a million? That's an awful amount extra to pay for the plot and the builders profit.

Fresh air is very expensive in the south .

Guest Shedfish
Trentham? Home to "Trentham Boy" - a sort of middle-class chav. Not bad value, TBH. Very similar to one in our street, which on at the same price - but is next to a dual carriageway the cheaper one is on castle bank, nice spot. by a speed camera i think, so no wagons doing 70 at 1 in the morning... and no flooding too, unlike a lot of stafford. but i still don't have 250k.. and if i did, i wouldn't spend it on that! i'd more likely be seen on the news in some ungainly narcosis there's a lot of for sale signs springing up lately, especially round the low, flat, marshy bits of town. yeh, i know - "i saw an EA with a bad cough the other day - armageddon is here" but check out my sig. it is not booming here, currently
