tahoma
The mischievous spirit has also logged into Rightmove and swapped the first two numbers of the price. Not that they weren't asking too much before.

scrappycocco
Damn that is expensive, what is so special about living in that area? You could get a semi walking distance from a tube station in the higher zones for a bit more than that probably and have access to a lucrative jobs market. Just south of Cambridge on the A10, loads of good well paid jobs in hi-tech. Train station, to Kings Cross if you want to go slumming in the smoke. Seems cheap compared to some houses in South Cambs. Thanks to the Uni/Green belt they havent built any decent family homes in any meaningful numbers since about 1980. Want a family and not filthy rich? You'll have to live the other side of Ely/St neots/Haverhill or somewhere else 20+ miles away. Very green indeed.
