I don't think this one is the directed energy version.Certainly optical tricks afoot.

It wouldn't be done by HAARP, more his "earthquake machine" or at least the principle behind it. I'm not saying this was used in Haiti or ever used for that matter, just that in theory it is possible. Could be true...the US has proiritised military flights over aid flight, it could simply have been part of an interntaional aid effort under the UN but seems very keen to run this show itself...as of now the US has about 14,000 troops in Haiti...seems a lot? The only question would be what on earth would they want in Haiti...is this all about oil again?

More that there's been (last time I Iooked) about 12 billion US dollars spent on researching the issue and the overwhelming balance of evidence is that there's not an issue. One Youtube clip of a believer not withstanding
