The only problems offering that low at the moment is EA think you're a nutter. get the house price solds for that street for all time. See what's sold recently, has there been a big drop as someone's succumbed to a BMV sale. Some EA haven't ever seen house price drops... so this must be coming as a shock. If something else has sold comparably sized on that street for a lot less than the asking price - then point this out - say house prices are dropping and then point out all the negatives against the property you want (ie: smaller garden, windows need replacing, boiler old, etc etc) - It'll still make you sound like a doom-monger though. But we all know the economy isn't getting better for some time to come.

Saw that on the news and it looks like an incredibly complicated piece of equipment compared to just having a weekly bin collection.
