This is my manor...and I can confirm that we have a lot of For Sales on both commercial and residential, put your Verve on the car Cd and drive down Finchley High St..its like a nostalgia trip back to the 90's! I decided to take a different route in to work today, now although I live close to this road in North London (close to the old asylum..locals will know where I mean) I havent travelled it for a few months and was shocked to see the amounth of For Sale boards from various EA's ( noticed alot for Foxtons (spit))... Being on my wonderful moped ( slow)I was actually able to count them...it was very quiet and early so I was able to dawdle a bit and I managed to get to 15 signs! in one street! Now you think...this has to be multiple agencies for one property/"luxury flats" etc...but no..although there are a couple of "new build" hutches ( think old victorian town houses knocked down into 6 or so bijou " luxury appartments" (gag) )..each sign was for a seperate property..SO I can only assume that all of the new builds are unsold or being offloaded by desperate BTL's ( counted 6 signs on one plot!!!) plus the remainder scattered up and down the length of the road!! I was mildly amused...this is by far the most EA signs in one street I have seen..I remember GC1 and this is so much worse.. Maybe I can get a picture of it for you all!
