Boy, 9, is a homeowner already

"If you feel like you have to live like a monk to even stand a chance of scraping together enough money for a deposit then try to not get too jealous of Tyler Ford.

The nine-year-old from Swansea is now a homeowner having earned enough money to purchase the house by the age of eight."

Come on you bed-wetting millennials, stop crying into your quinoa muesli and get on with your lives.

So a 9 year old boy can be responsible for providing housing!?

Hope he knows what a gas safety certificate it.

Edit; apart from that, why is this news?  I bet there are several hundred kids in the UK who nominally own houses.

Mostly through inheritance, but also child stars and the like.

I am pretty sure there is no money in kick boxing.

I used to be at the same martial arts club as the former European heavy kick boxing champion, he didn't seem to have much money.

So i would imagine the house is mortgaged.  But you aren't meant to give mortgages to 9 year olds, is it any wonder people are starting to realise the average jornalist us as thick as s***?

You can't diss the real fake news, not unless it's on RT...
